WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders ship immediately within 48 hours of an order confirmation. If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE immediately. Once an order has shipped you are able to receive a refund minus, shipping and service fees. If you contact us prior to receiving a shipping confirmation we will be unable to make any changes to your order including cancelling.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Magnum America cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
HOW ARE TAXES AND DUTIES CALCULATED?
For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.
For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "UNFULFILLED". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled".
WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED?
Most of our watches use Citizen movement, specifically Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement which is one of the most well known in the industry.
ARE MAGNUM WATCHES WATERPROOF?
The majority of our watches are water proof, even some that have non water resistant leather bands. All details including water resistance and resistance range/rating can be found under the detail description of each watch.
WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER IS USED?
Our leather bands are made of genuine cow-hide leather.
WHAT IS THE GLASS MADE OF?
All of our glass is made of mineral crystal with the exception of our Scuba Collection that is coming soon. That glass is sapphire crystal.
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
All Magnum products come with a 2 year warranty that covers manufacturing issues including water resistant issues.
WHAT TYPE OF BATTERY IS USED?
Most of our batteries are silver oxide.
HOW DO I REPLACE MY BATTERY?
We recommend using a watch repair or jewelry shop to replace our watch batteries. Any watch repair shop or Jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.
